On March 26 2008, The State Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) with assistance from the Wilmington OEM taught a Business CERT Class to the Bank of America in Wilmington. This was the third Business CERT class for BoA, 35 members were in attendance the POC was Andy Ziegler.
