CERT Training for Civil Air Patrol

On April 25th and 26th, Kenn Brennan, member of the Delaware State Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and Pennsylvania Civil Air Patrol Squadron 1008, taught a CERT Class on Dover AFB for the Civil Air Patrol. Twenty-Five Senior and Junior members completed the training. Citizen Corps and Civil Air Patrol are national partners and have an upcoming agreement to make CERT mandatory qualification training for all members. The Dover CAP is believed to be one of the first in the country to have completed this training.
