On Dec 5-6, the State Community Emergency Response Team, taught its 4th CERT Course for Delaware State University at their Sports Annex. Over 40 students attended the training which was made up of DSU Public Safety-Cadets, DSU Nurses, DTCC Students, and individuals from the Citizen Corps Waiting List.
