CERT Training at Delaware Tech

On November 6th and 7th, the State CERT Team with support from Wilmington's OEM conducted CERT training at the Stanton Campus of the Delaware Technical & Community College.  Approximately 42 individuals including students (from both Delaware Tech and Delaware State University), faculty, and campus security completed this training.
