Citizen Corps is in the process of developing a partnership with Delaware Technical & Community College and their Criminal Justice students led by Dr. Carl Wyche. This partnership will include the scheduling of future CERT training. However, the long term vision will include students from the college coordinating neighborhood watches and community outreach programs. A planning meeting is scheduled to discuss neighborhood watches, volunteer in police programs, and CERT trainings with New Castle County Police, Emergency Management, Citizen Corps, & Delaware Technical & Community College.
